Payments and Fees::
Payment is expected by the end of your counseling session. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are $105. Your scheduled appointment time is held for you so if you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible. If you fail to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, you will be responsible for paying the full fee. All charges are your responsibility; if you have questions or concerns about this please discuss them with me in advance.
To pay via credit card, please select the appropriate session length (50 or 75 minutes) and click on the “Buy Now”. The charge will be processed through Google checkout and will appear on your credit card statement as “Google - Samuel Rainey”. It will produce a receipt with my business name, address, and phone number for tax and health spending account information. If you are paying with a flex spending card or HSA spending account from your insurance provider, please check with your provider that your charge is reimbursable. In some cases it is, but I take no responsibility or liability (if any) in processing a payment from a spending account associated with health insurance.
